Celebrating the 109th Cry of Santa Barbara that led to the independece of Iloilo from Spanish colonial rule, the Santa Barbaranhons celebrated with pomp and drama as they relieve the Marcha Libertad through the Marching Band contest and the re-enactment of the Cry of Santa Barbara through dance. "Viva Filipinas! Viva Independencia! Puera Espana! Kahilwayan!!!"
