One of the earliest settlements in Iloilo, La Villa Rica de Arevalo or Villa as the locals call it, is the flowerpot & fireworks district of Iloilo City. The parish also claims that they are the 3rd oldest in the Philippines.

Arevalo's Sto. Nino image is the 3rd oldest in the country. It's inside the parish priest's bedroom.

ey, can roland (roland pama) use some of your pix for his thesis? will have it referenced of course.. its about historical places in iloilo kay AB History na course ya subong... =)
